How much gas can the vehicle have?

Vehicle must have less than ¼ tank – No Exceptions (these
are Coast Guards’ regulation #176.905).

- Booking Number
- Set of Keys
- Vehicle Title or lien holder authorization letter
(If vehicle is financed or leased)
- If Available – Current Registration
- Picture ID or DL

Are there restrictions on shipping a vehicle?

Yes. The rates provided online apply to standard size vehicles. A standard size vehicle is defined as any passenger automobile not exceeding 21'6" length x 8' width x 7' height. If your vehicle is larger than the standard dimensions, please contact our office by calling (866) 919-8661 to receive a rate for your oversized or custom vehicle.

How do I pay for my Vehicle?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Electronic transfers and Direct Deposits. Payments must be paid in full prior to pick up of your Vehicle or if you are dropping off vehicle at the Port you will pay a Deposit of $125 and the remaining balance at drop off.

Can anything be in the Vehicle at the time of shipping?

Your Vehicle must be cleaned and empty, only exception is made for 1-Child seat, Jumper Cables.

What do I need to setup by vehicle(s)?

- Make, Model Year of the Vehicle
- Color of the Vehicle
- VIN Number for the Vehicle
- License plate number
- Name of shipper and Receiving person

How Long will it take to ship my Vehicle?

Transit times vary depending on origin and destination of the vehicle, You can always track your vehicle online once it’s in transit.
